The Tower of London is a formidable fortress that looks menacing at any time of year! You’ll pass the Tower’s location on the River Thames, where the medieval building has stood for nearly 1000 years. Outside Buckingham Palace, you’ll see the Queen’s official London residence lit up behind vast gates – unfortunately you won’t be able to peek through the windows to see the Royals tucking into Christmas dinner!
