Tube and rail will be the best way to get around London during the weekend, although stations in west London will be busier than usual and some stations will close earlier, so please check last train times. At some stations, gates may be left open so that you can exit more quickly. If you are charged a maximum fare, we will refund your journey. Sunday and Monday, the following stations have entry and exit restrictions: |
| • | Latimer Road will close at 23:30 on both days |
| • | Notting Hill Gate will be exit only and the Circle/District lines will not stop on both days between 11:00 and 19:00 |
| • | Westbourne Park will be exit only between 11:00 and 18:00 and will close at 23:30 on both days. |
| • | Royal Oak will be exit only between 11:00 and 18:00 and will close at 18:00 on both days |
Buses in and around the event area will be on diversion or will stop short of their normal destination. A number of Santander Cycle Hire docking stations will be out of service. For full details, please visit tfl.gov.uk/notting-hill |

| Bus strike Strike action is planned to take place by members of the Unite union who work for bus operator Tower Transit. If this goes ahead, some bus services are expected to be severely disrupted by two 24-hour strikes on Friday 26 and Monday 29 August.
Buses operated by other companies across the Capital are unaffected and will operate a normal service. For the latest information, including affected bus routes, please visit tfl.gov.uk/bus-strike or follow@TfLBusAlerts on Twitter. | |
