During the 153 days of lockdown, Fortnum's' chefs have been creating their most extraordinary Afternoon Tea menu yet. Quite simply, it's been 'Honed to Perfection' - baking by the dozen, drinking countless cups of tea and undertaking the tough job of 43 tastings (and re-tastings).
