ZSL - Boo at the Zoo - enjoy an eerily entertaining day out!

Boo at the Zoo Enchant little monsters with a cauldron of animal activities and talks this October half term. Boo at the Zoo returns for another wicked week this Halloween at both ZSL London and Whipsnade Zoo. FromSaturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November visitors will be treated to a week of fiendish fun. Guests of all ages will be amazed by arachnids in ZSL London Zoo’s In with the Spiders exhibit, while at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo families can jump aboard the Zoo's steam train for the Jumbo Express Ghost Hunt. HALLOWEEN AT  ZSL LONDON ZOO       HALLOWEEN AT ZSL WHIPSNADE ZOO         SAY HELLO TO BABY RHINO BALI Weighing in at a whopping 76kg (almost 12 stone), keepers have named the calf Bali, Nepali for ‘strong’. Native to India and Nepal, there are thought to be less than 3,000 greater one-horned rhinos left in the wild, due to illegal poaching and a decline in quality of habitat. Visitors can see baby Bali at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo. WATCH THE VIDEO         MEET OUR BABY RED PANDA TWINS  The first pictures have been released of twin red pandas, born at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo. The baby red pandas have been named by keepers Bert and Ernie after the Sesame Street characters. They have been hiding away in their nesting boxes until recently their mum, six year-old Tashi began carrying them outside for short intervals.
