New for 2017, Skate Lates brings a specially curated programme of music to the rink on 17 nights throughout the season. Follow the link to see a truly eclectic line-up of DJs from right across the musical spectrum. We also have takeovers from the likes of Peckham based radio station Balamii, Field Day founders and promoters Eat Your Own Ears, plus London's biggest 90s and Noughties hip hop and R&B night Supa Dupa Fly.

Opening next week, our major winter exhibition North: Fashioning Identity features over 100 photographs, fashion garments and multimedia work from a remarkable collection of artists, highlighting how the realities of life in the north of England captured in the mid-20th century continue to influence new generations of photographers, artists and designers.

Hassan Hajjaj's artworks reflect his nomadic lifestyle and the relationships he has formed along the way, from musicians to artists and athletes to street performers, inspiring Hajjaj’s diverse output of photographic portraits, video installations, sculpture, music, design and handcrafted objects.

There's a range of accompanying events, from late night free Spotlight tours to workshops and don't miss the pop-up shopstocking a riotous collection of original Hajjaj exclusives and a giclΓ©e signed edition print.

BOOM! A Rave in Blackness

BOOM! A RAVE IN BLACKNESS

Join us for a one-of-a-kind rave in The Deadhouse, a space located deep beneath the Somerset House courtyard, with music stretching from techno to RnB, and from house to experimental music. Studios artist Evan Ifekoya and BOOM! co-leader dr. madison moore curate a selection of sound works exploring the relationship between listening and queerness, and between listening and community, with contributions from black artists across the gender spectrum.

Soutine was one of the leading painters in Paris in the 1920s and 1930s and was seen by many as the heir to Vincent van Gogh. This major exhibition is the first time he has been exhibited in the UK in the last 35 years.
