Caroline Lawrence book launch
Sat 18 Aug
Museum of London Docklands
This Saturday, meet the beloved best selling children's author and listen to an exclusive reading from her nail-biting new book, 'The Girl with the Ivory Knife'.

Caroline's new book takes inspiration from The Lant Street Teenager, a skeleton discovered in East London, whose ivory knife is on display in our Roman Dead exhibition.

Summer shows all August
15 - 31 Aug
Museum of London Docklands
Inspired by our Roman Dead exhibition, enjoy a fun afternoon recreating rituals by using rattles, masks and other fun props to help Clara, our resident Roman spirit who is trapped in modern London on her journey into the afterlife.

Taking places three times a day between Wednesday and Saturday throughout August, these free shows are a perfect way of spending the summer holidays, whilst also getting away from the heat outside!
