Here is our weekly travel update to help you get around London this weekend, 15 and 16 September, and the following week.
Most of the network will be open with services running as normal so you’ll be able to get wherever you need to go, but please check if any of the following affect you. | |

On Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 September, there will be no service between Hammersmith and Tower Hill. This is due to track replacement work. |

Bus users may be affected by the following this weekend. While we will try to maintain a good service, buses may be delayed, diverted or stop short of their normal destination:
Ludgate Hill - From 20:00 on Friday 14 until 05:00 on Monday 17 September, there will be road closures between Ludgate Hill and New Change. From 23:00 on Saturday 15 until 05:00 on Sunday 16, traffic will be held for short periods of time on all approaches to Ludgate Circus including New Bridge Street, Farringdon Street and Fleet Street. This is due to filming.
Westminster - From 14:00 until 16:00 on Saturday 15 September, traffic will be held for short periods along Temple Place, Victoria Embankment, Northumberland Avenue, Whitehall, Parliament Street and Bridge Street. This is due to a march.
Wembley Stadium - From 09:30 until 16:30 on Saturday 15 September, pedestrian numbers and traffic levels are expected to increase in the area around the stadium. Roads likely to be affected are the A406, A1, A40, Harrow Road, Wembley High Road and roads around the stadium. This is due to an event.
Clapham - From 07:00 until 12:15 on Sunday 16 September, there will be a series of road closures in the Clapham area. Wandsworth Road will be closed between 07:30 and 11:30 and local roads will be closed between Nine Elms Lane to the north, Vauxhall Roundabout to the east, Clapham Road to the south and Cedars Road to the west. This is due to an event.
