149 years of history
Today we celebrate the birthday of the world famous Cutty Sark.

Cutty Sark was initially built to join the competitive tea trade, bringing tea from China to the British market. During the ship's lifetime, she has travelled around the world, had many different crews, set a record for the fastest voyage across the ocean and now stands as an iconic London landmark.

Ahead of her 150th year, we take a look at the rich history of the world's fastest clipper.
