Drawing Your Senses (for children 5 yrs +)
Saturday 6 October 2012
10.30am - 12.30pm & 2.00 - 4.00pm.  Free event.
 
Learn how to make a sketchbook and then draw patterns inspired by touch, sound, sight and smells. Celebrating The Big Draw
 
All children must be accompanied by an adult. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis 30 minutes prior to the workshop.

Create giant insects, plant seeds to grow at home, and listen to garden-inspired stories and a vegetable instrument orchestra!This event celebrates the Family Learning Festival.

Celebrate Good Times! Half-Terms Activities (all ages)

Tuesday 30 October - Friday 2 November 2012
10.30am - 12.30pm and 2.00 - 4.00pm. Free.
 
We're exploring home celebrations and national festivals this half term; from birthdays, Jubilees, the Big Draw and sporting events to Eid, Christmas and Diwali.  Bake special treats, create party ware and make decorations to hang in your home.

Fun & free activities for all ages, available to borrow at weekends and holidays: quizzes, puzzles, trails, things to make and decorate and a box full of mystery objects to explore.
Age range is 2-11 years.

Drop in anytime Saturday and Sunday: 12.30pm - 4.30pm
