Tricks of the traders

As most of the country’s kids return to school, many of them about a foot taller than the last time they passed through those gates, Borough Market’s traders have added to the sudden surge in educational activity by doing some teaching of their own. Joining forces with the School Food Matters charity, several of our stallholders have contributed to this fun video guide for young people interested in the art of selling food, from creating colourful displays to entertaining customers.
