JACOB V JOYCE + RUDY LOEWE:
SWEET REBELLION
LAUNCHING FRIDAY 2 OCTOBER

Cracks in the Curriculum is a workshop series and publishing platform that aims to bring artists and educators together to think about how to address pressing social issues in the classroom.

Created by London-based visual artists Jacob V Joyce and Rudy Loewe, Sweet Rebellion responds to the histories of British sugar plantations and the Black activism that contributed to their abolition. The resource is an invitation for History and Art teachers to rethink the ways we talk about colonialism and its legacy in schools.

Download the resource from Friday 2 October or click below to view other Cracks in the Curriculum resources in the series.
