Step into Spring at Strawberry

What a winter we're all having, but we hope to put a spring in your step, as we welcome you to read our latest activities and updates coming up at Strawberry Hill House & Garden this Spring!

From the 4th of March our Opening Times will be changing and we will be welcoming guests to visit the house on Mondays through to Wednesdays from 12pm - 4:30pm & 11am - 5pm Sundays. Please arrive one hour before closing. More details on opening times and booking can be found HERE.

Early Bird Tours

Enjoy the peacefulness of Walpole's villa before it opens to the public and find out more about its history, architecture and restoration. Early Bird Tours take place on:4 March, 8th April and 6th May at 10am. Book HERE.

Twilight Tours

Enjoy an atmospheric out-of-hours tour of Strawberry Hill at a magical time of day. Kicked off with a glass of fizz, you will be guided through Walpole's gothic creation, exploring its beautiful interiors as the theatrical features of Walpole's eccentric villa change with setting sun. The tour takes place on the 14th March at 6pm. Book HERE.

Strawberry Hill Treasure Hunt

Horace Walpole's Little House of Horrors Murder Mystery

Strawberry Hill will set the scene for a 1920s themed Murder Mystery. Enjoy a glass of fizz on arrival, interview the suspects in the gothic setting of Strawberry Hill and test your detective skills over a 3-course meal within the stunning surroundings of the Waldegrave Suite at St Mary’s University. Eggcellent Strawberry Hill Hunt

Join our Garden Easter Trail on Friday 30th March to Monday 2nd April, where we will be searching for Walpole's 'Lost Treasures'. Entry will be £2, and on completion, you'll get a chocolate egg. Entry will also mean that you get 25% of children's items in the shop, as part of our Easter sale!
