Google given green light for giant HQ in King's Cross complete with swimming pool and running track after Camden Borough Council give go-ahead | Metro News: "Internet behemoth Google is consolidating its London offices into one giant HQ – which will come complete with a swimming pool and a running track on the roof.

Camden Borough Council has officially approved the £650million project, with staff members set to enjoy a several activity-based perks including a climbing wall and a huge 20,000 sq ft parking bay for bicycles.

The development, located in King’s Cross, should be completed in 2016 after the local planning committee unanimously gave the go-ahead following Google’s June submission of its plans.

Google had said that it wants its office to be an ‘innovative building that exemplifies sustainable principles’."
