Join us at the Museum of London on Tuesday 8 October for a special trade preview of our hotly anticipated autumn exhibition The Cheapside Hoard: London's Lost Jewels. Drop in between 8.30am and 12.30pm for tea, coffee and pastries and be one of the first to see this priceless treasure of 16th and 17th jewels and gemstones, displayed in its entirety for the first time in over a century.

Inspired by the Museum of London's exhibition The Cheapside Hoard: London's Lost Jewels, explore new free displays. Made in London: Jewellery Now (21 Nov 2013 – 27 Apr 2014) showcases the creations of the most talented London designers while Tomfoolery (8 Oct 2013 – 16 Mar 2014) explores the tradition of men's jewellery in London today through black and white photography by Ross Trevail.

The Museum of London is excited to announce a major new exhibition opening in autumn 2014. The Sherlock Holmes exhibition will delve into the mind of one of the most famous Londoners of all time, asking who is Sherlock Holmes, and why does he endure? Tickets will be on sale for groups from 4 Nov 2013.
