The art of persuasion: Wartime posters by Abram Games

6 April - 24 November 2019

£6.00
During the Second World War, Abram Games designed over 100 posters as tools to recruit, educate and influence soldiers and civilians alike.

Always direct, and occasionally controversial, his wartime posters have left a legacy that continues to influence the art of persuasion employed by visual designers today.

Discover the man behind the designs and explore the devices he used to communicate his messages effectively in our major exhibition, opening this week.
