90 Gloucester Place (now renumbered 65) was novelist Wilkie Collins' home from 1867 to 1888, and where he wrote The Moonstone and lived with his beloved dog, Tommie. Collins did much of his writing during this time in the large, impressive drawing room on the first floor.
