Thomas Becket: murder and the making of a saint | Until 22 August

Discover the murder that shook the Middle Ages in this exhibition about the life, death and legacy of Thomas Becket.

Featuring illuminated manuscripts, jewellery and stained glass windows, the show follows Becket's journey from merchant's son to archbishop, and from a revered saint in death to a 'traitor' in the eyes of Henry VIII over 350 years later.
