Rooted Beings 24 March—29 August 2022 Free | Exhibition
‘Rooted Beings’ is a new major exhibition which invites us to reimagine our relationship with plants and fungi. Plants sustain life on earth, playing a vital role in healthy ecosystems and human societies. We rely on them for food and medicine, but what could we learn from these ancient, complex and sensitive beings?
To make your visit as safe and enjoyable as possible, please follow our safety measures inside the venue, including wearing a face covering unless you’re exempt. You no longer need to book a ticket to enter the building. |

We’ve become used to thinking of plants as things for us to use: as food, tools or resources. But it’s time to change our minds. Coinciding with our upcoming Rooted Beings exhibition, ‘This Book is a Plant’ will be your handbook to the new reality: showing you a pathway to completely reimagine your relationship with a different kind of natural world.
