Using Ghanaian chocolate sourced from farms that are part of the Cocoa Horizon Project – an initiative which gives back to communities by providing education and training for farmers and their children – she produces a wide range of eggs and Easter-themed treats. Humble Crumble The bakers at Humble Crumble, purveyors of high-quality fruit crumbles, have created some impressive Easter specials: a hot cross bun with warm apple and orange, orange zest, sultanas, ground cinnamon and allspice, and two Easter nests – one of them vegan – both involving blowtorched marshmallow, chocolate shavings and marigold petals.
