The Merchant

Benihana is a Japanese steakhouse and sushi restaurant where every table has a private chef. The first Benihana restaurant was opened by Rocky ‘Hiroaki’ Aoki in 1964 in New York. Fast forward 50 years and the chain now has locations in Chelsea, St. Paul’s and Piccadilly in London.
