Shard Lights will return on Monday 2nd December 2019, transforming the top 20 storeys of The Shard into a colourful spectacle, visible across the capital.
This year’s Shard Lights display has been designed by local schoolchildren. The light show will feature three, nine-minute sequences displayed every half hour from 4pm to 1am each evening throughout the month. The sequences will reflect the designs created by the schoolchildren, creating an exciting and inspiring visual display to light up the capital.
On New Year’s Eve there will also be a unique one-off display from when the clock strikes midnight to the early hours of New Year’s Day.
