Halloween wouldn’t be Halloween without some sweet treats, and we have some of the best in London on offer this October! Café Art is a programme that connects people affected by homelessness to their wider communities through the power of art. In June this year, they handed out 100 single-use cameras to homeless people, and gave them five days to photograph London from their unique perspective. The best images were placed into a shortlist, and visitors of Spitalfields E1 voted for their favourites, with the 13 best becoming the 2018 Café Art MyLondon calendar. All of the money raised from sales of the calendar will go directly to the homeless people who formed it. We think this is a fantastic cause, and are delighted to support the project.
