As the world welcomes the newest member of the royal family, we celebrate new additions to our own Zoo family.
Meet adorable two-toed sloth 'Elio' who was born last week at ZSL London Zoo. Its Spanish name derives from 'Helios the sun god' and follows the youngster’s sunset arrival.
At ZSL Whipsnade Zoo, we are excited to welcome a baby giraffe to the herd! The six-foot bundle of joy has been named Khari, which means ‘King-like’ in Swahili, because of his regal-looking ossicones – the tiny crown-like horns on a giraffe’s head.
