Apt Living set to unveil 50 new apartments from £295,000 with Help to Buy in Kew Bridge

developer Apt Living is set to launch its next phase of apartments at Kew Bridge on Saturday 8 June, while also unveiling an array of impressive communal amenities.  The 274 apartments comprise studio, one and two bedroom apartments that will be available from £295,000 with Help to Buy available on over 90% of the scheme.

Potential buyers for Apt Living at Kew Bridge will be able to take a first look at the amenity space, set to include a fully-equipped gym, cinema, games room, a residents’ lounge and green roof terraces that look out across 180 acres of Gunnersbury Park.

Designed to maximise square footage; from reducing hallways and other areas not used on a daily basis, to adding plenty of storage and multi-functional furniture and three-metre floor to ceiling windows that make the most of the views, the apartments amplify space and create a natural flow.

Josh Garside, managing director, Apt Living, comments: “Most first-time buyers we see at Apt Living want amenity space in which to keep fit, work and hang out with friends so we are excited to be able to show potential new buyers just how our amenity space will look when complete.

“For the launch of our next phase we will be revealing our design-led amenity spaces and a new buyer journey experience in our marketing suite. As soon as our first homeowners move in later this year they will be able to experience the extra space for themselves. I would recommend interested buyers make their way down and join us for the launch to see the show apartments for themselves.”

The design-led approach is reflected in the specification with all apartments featuring neutral engineered oak floors throughout, fully fitted kitchens featuring Bosch and Zanussi appliances and custom joinery with smart storage - with built in desks and bench seating in many apartments. Residents will also benefit from concierge, bike storage and an Apt Living residents’ app.

The development is situated adjacent to Gunnersbury Park soon to be home to a £13.8m sports hub set to become one of the largest sports facilities in the capital. Restaurants, bars and cafes are all within a five-minute walk away along Chiswick High Road, while a new arts centre and cinema are planned as part of the wider area regeneration.

Apt Living Kew Bridge is easily accessible by both car and public transport. Kew Bridge overground station is an eight-minute walk away with regular services into Waterloo in 18 minutes, while Gunnersbury tube is a 12-minute walk away with trains into Leicester Square in less than 30 minutes.  For those looking to travel further afield, Heathrow Airport is only 15 minutes away by car.

Prices start from £295,000 for a studio apartment, £355,000 for a one bedroom apartment and £555,000 for a two bedroom apartment. For more information please visit www.apt-living.co.uk or call the sales suite on 02031434888
