Museum of London - Ready for a wild summer?

Smithfield street party: A beastly adventure
This August bank holiday Sunday, Culture Mile presents Smithfield street party: A beastly adventure, a fantastical free street party where the animals top the bill, marking the culmination of #PlayTheMile.

London’s animals – past, present, future, large and small, rare and familiar – will be taking over the streets around Smithfield Market for one day only to teach humans the secret ways of their world.
A beastly summer holiday
Oh no, the beasts have taken over the museum! Aided by a highly trained and safely secured flock of pigeons, they've revealed the original name of the building and taken it for themselves. Legal challenge on our behalf pending.

In the meantime, better make the most of it and see what they've got planned. There'll be a whole summer of beastly activities, workshops, storytelling sessions and more, right in the heart of the city.
