A celebration of autumn at Borough Market

The unfolding of autumn is one of the most arresting periods of the year at Borough Market, as the visual palette is completely transformed over the course of a few weeks. In celebration, we've gathered up a selection of our favourite autumnal recipes and articles from past issues of Market Life and added a brand new feature telling the story of an Italian hazelnut harvest. Browse this beautiful digital edition for a guide to seasonal produce, an appreciation of beetroot, a close look at English apples, and a host of autumn recipes from the likes of Ed Smith, Rosie Birkett and James Lowe.

Come, shop, be responsible
