LGBTQ+ History Month
Onsite and online

From Fierce Queens to queer themes, join us this February for fun activities, fascinating discussions, festivals and much more.

Each year we celebrate LGBTQ+ History Month with a collection of events and online content to highlight the queer histories in the collection and the magnificent communities we work with.

In 2022, Fierce Queens hosts Adam All and Apple Derriere are back to take you on an underwater journey to take you to the magical depths of the Queen’s House. Meanwhile, you can explore queer histories online at our evening talks, and bring the kids to the National Maritime Museum to find yourselves, Out At Sea…
