Mental Health Awareness Week is next week – 9-15 May - an opportunity for all of us to look at ways to improve our wellbeing and mental health. The theme for the week is loneliness – recognising the importance of building connections with other people and our local community – and we have a variety of events and activities lined up, both in person and online, to help you do just that.
