Weekend travel information

If you are out and about this weekend, please note that there are planned closures taking place on certain parts of the network.

We strongly encourage customers to wear face coverings on our services and stations unless exempt.

Our enhanced cleaning regime continues to make the network cleaner than ever, with more than 1,100 hand sanitiser dispensers installed across the network and at least 200 UV light devices continually sanitising escalator handrails.

The information in this email could possibly change, so please check before you travel or use the TfL Go app to plan your journey.

Bus strikes

Monday 16 until Wednesday 18 May

A number of Arriva bus drivers will potentially strike between 03:00 on Monday 16 until 02:59 on Wednesday 18 May.

If this strike action goes ahead, up to 37 services will be disrupted in south London, particularly in Croydon, Thornton Heath, Streatham, Brixton and small parts of Surrey. It is possible that affected bus routes will have no service during these strikes and other local buses will be busier than normal, as customers seek alternative routes. Affected night buses will run a near-normal service on the evening of Sunday 15, but are unlikely to run on the evenings of 16 and 17 May. For more information on the affected bus routes, visit our website.
