See a kaleidoscope of colourful butterflies from around the world at Sensational Butterflies during May half term. Discover fascinating facts about the lives of butterflies and if you're lucky, you might spot one emerging from its chrysalis. Until 17 September Meet a roaring T.rex Explore the world famous Dinosaurs gallery and come face-to-face with dinosaurs like the Iguanodon and Triceratops. Be a digital volunteer Take part in the Museum's Miniature Lives Maginified project and help us digitise our collection. First, we're looking at tiny chalcid wasps. New virtual reality experience announced The Museum and Sir David Attenborough will star in a Sky VR experience. The one-on-one interactive experience will give participants the chance to virtually handle fossils and specimens.
