Weekly travel update to help you get around London this bank holiday weekend, 29 April - Monday 1 May. With only one London Underground line affected by planned works, most of the network will be open with services running as normal. Please check if any of the following affect you. | |

All weekend and on Monday there will be no service between Hampstead and Edgware, while we replace track at Colindale. From approximately 01:15 until 06:00 on Saturday and 01:15 until 07:40 on Sunday, there will be no service between Camden Town and Edgware.

Tonight, Thursday, there will be no service between Hackney Downs and Chingford after 22:30. This is for Network Rail track work.

All weekend, and on Monday, there will be no service between the following stations: |
| • | Willesden Junction and Shepherd’s Bush, due to Network Rail infrastructure work |
| • | Romford and Upminster, due to Crossrail construction work and Network Rail infrastructure work |
|
On Sunday and Monday, there will be no service between Camden Road and Stratford, due to bridge replacement work at Highbury Corner and Network Rail station work at Hackney Wick.
On Sunday there will be no service between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction due to Network Rail infrastructure work and Thameslink programme work.

| • | Stratford and Bow Church, due to Crossrail work at Pudding Mill Lane |
| • | Bank and Shadwell, due to lighting and power upgrade work at Bank |

All weekend and on Monday trains will not run on the entire line. This is while Network Rail carry out track and station improvements as part of their Railway Upgrade Plan, as well as Crossrail construction work.

Bus users may be affected by the following this weekend. While we will try to maintain a good service, buses may be delayed or stop short of their normal destination:
Westminster - Until early August, there are various restrictions in place around Parliament Square and its approaches. This is due to utility works. For more information, please visit tfl.gov.uk/parliament-square-works
Romford - From 21:00 on Friday until 06:00 on Tuesday, A127 will be closed in both directions between Gallows Corner and the junction of Ardleigh Green Road and Squirrels Heath Road. This is for bridge replacement work. For more information, please visit please visit tfl.gov.uk/ardleigh-green
Twickenham - From 10:30 until 19:00 on Saturday, roads in the area will be busier than usual, including A316 Chertsey Road, all roads leading to Twickenham station, and around the stadium. This is for an event. London Road, Whitton Road and Rugby Road will be closed before and after the event.
Wembley - From 15:30 on Saturday until 02:00 on Sunday, roads around the stadium will be busier than usual, including A406, Harrow Road and Wembley High Road. This is due to a sporting event.
Hackney - From 07:00 until 15:00 on Sunday, there will be extensive road closures in the area. This is for an event.

| • | Crinan Street, for a crane operation |
