June at The Troubadour!

We're celebrating the start of Summer (or whatever passes for it on theses shores) and the Summer holidays with a special 'Kids Eat Free' deal in the café. And while you're with the children, you can try our spectacular new guest coffee (available throughout June and July), have a healthy nibble from our fresh daily salad bar, or even hang out with the Troubadour robin. He's very friendly, in case you haven't met him yet.

In the club, Troubadour Coffee House Poetry concludes it's successful summer season with two readings this month (see below for more details and how to book tickets).
Last month's attendees included Jimmy Page  - clearly a man of exceptional literary taste.

Speaking of good taste, our Club is running a brand new line of intricately crafted shots and shooters that are well worth investigating. We also have a typically jam-packed Club programme, including another Troubadour Jam Sessions, Chris Woods's awesome London Guitar Night, and a stellar array of new talent and unsigned acts, as well as some old favourites. Check out some of our selected highlights from the Club below and see the full programme here.

OUR GUEST COFFEE FOR JUNE IS A REVELATION!
Here at The Troubadour we are always on the hunt for new and interesting coffees with which to delight our lovely customers, so it is with some pride that we announce a new guest coffee for June - Revelation blend from Union Coffee!

Revelation is a Union Direct Trade espresso blended from coffee grown in the main producing regions: Indonesia, East Africa and Latin America. Revelation is Union's most admired blend - it has complex floral aromatics, ripe red fruit notes of cherry and a dark caramel treacle-like body to leave a sweet enduring finish. Enriches a latte or cappuccino to perfection.

From the Troubadour Wine Shop...

Troubadour Wines are proud to announce that they are now the London stockist for Perle di Piera!

Piera Martellozzo's vines are cultivated amongst the Piave stones in Padova. This gives well-balanced wine of fine elegance and heavenly aromas. We have four wines from which you can choose!
