The Deal
Departing each Friday from the Queen Anne Statue at the west entrance of St Paul’s Cathedral at 3pm, two and a half hours can be spent exploring the labyrinthine streets of Southbank. Tourists will visit historic and cultural landmarks, from Shakespeare’s many haunts, to where Francis Drake parked his whip. Four pubs will be visited along the way, with drinks available at each one; this interactive tour will also feature historical re-enactments and a “fake history” quiz.
