In the spirit of the 60’s, Peter Bedford Housing Association’s Creative Industries is showing a solo exhibition of energetic action paintings by untrained local artist Roy Appleton.  He creates raw and physical artwork on canvas by throwing, pouring and splattering paint from a height, combined with the effects of changeable British weather to create unexpected results.

This collection of work will celebrate the different artistic forms of the Creativity Centre’s individual artists, inspired by their personal interpretation of the SIXTIES. Each artist will have a different perception of that era.
