Until mid-September, the Northern and Victoria lines, and some stations, are likely to be busier. Bank branch Northern line trains will not stop at Kennington while we carry out essential work to make it quicker and easier to change between branches, ready for the Northern Line Extension.

Bus users may be affected by the following this weekend. While we will try to maintain a good service, buses may be delayed, diverted or stop short of their normal destination:
Feltham - Until 31 March 2019, Hounslow Road will be closed in both directions between New Road and Hanworth Road, due to utility works. This is to enable upgrade works on Feltham Station, its level crossing and junction improvement.
City of London - From 06:00 on Saturday 9 to 02:00 on Sunday 10 June, Cheapside, Gresham Street, New Change, and their approach roads will be closed. From 11:00 there will be further closures including Aldersgate Street and St Martins Le Grand. This is due to an event.
Westminster - The following roads will be closed on Saturday 9 June. From 07:30: Constitution Hill, Marlborough Road, The Mall, Birdcage Walk and Spur Road. From 08:00: Great George Street westbound and Horse Guards Avenue. From 09:00: Whitehall will be closed northbound, and in both directions from 10:20. There will also be short closures throughout the day on Buckingham Palace Road northbound at the junction of Bressenden Place, Buckingham Gate and Palace Street. This is due to an event.
Westminster - From approximately 15:00 to 18:00 on Saturday 9 June, there will be a closure of Whitehall and some approach roads. This is due to an event.
Wembley - From 11:00 to 23:00 on Saturday 9 June, the A406, A1, A40, Harrow Road, Wembley High Road and roads around the stadium are expected to be busier than usual. This is due to an event.
Westminster - The following roads will be closed on Sunday 10 June. From 07:00 to 11:00: A3212 Whitehall in all directions between Parliament Square and Horse Guards Avenue. This is for a ceremonial event. From 10:00 to 18:00: roads between Park Lane and Millbank including Piccadilly, Pall Mall, Trafalgar Square, Whitehall and Parliament Square. These will be phased road closures for a procession. From 15:30 to 19:00: roads between Curzon Street and Trafalgar Square including Piccadilly, St James’s Street, Pall Mall and Pall Mall East. These will be phased road closures for a procession.
Westminster - From Monday 11 June to Monday 2 July, Broad Sanctuary westbound at the junction of Parliament Square will be closed. This is due to footway works.
Marylebone - From Monday 11 June for up to three weeks, Great Cumberland Place will be closed between Seymour Street and Bryanston Place for drain repair works.
