Horniman Museum and Gardens - What's On in June

World Gallery
Opens Friday 29 June

The World Gallery is a wonderful new display of over 3,000 objects from around the world that explore what it means to be human. In a transformed gallery space, experience a series of encounters with cultures from across the continents, get a glimpse into other ways of life, discover different ways of categorising objects and find out more about the history of the Horniman.

The project has been made possible by the Heritage Lottery Fund and the generosity of many Trusts and Foundations, businesses and individuals.

Find out about our Shared World Summer Season of events, beginning on Sunday 8 July.
