Bus users may be affected by the following this weekend. While we will try to maintain a good service, buses may be delayed, diverted or stop short of their normal destination:
Highbury Corner - From today, Thursday 28 June until late 2019, roads in and around Highbury Corner will be busier than usual. This is due to construction work to introduce two-way traffic and build a new cycle route.
Finsbury Park - From 13:30 until 23:59 on Friday 29 June until Sunday 1 July, pedestrian levels in the area will increase. From approximately 22:00 until 23:15 on 29 and 30 June, and from approximately 21:30 until 22:45 on 1 July, Seven Sisters Road will be closed between Hornsey Road and Green Lanes, as well as some adjoining roads. Stroud Green Road will also be closed between Upper Tollington Park and Seven Sisters Road. This is due to an event.
Westminster - From 12:00 until 17:00 on Saturday 30 June, there will be road closures from Portland Place to Whitehall via Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus, Haymarket and Trafalgar Square, as well as their approaches. This is due to a march.
Regent Street - From Sunday 1 July until Sunday 22 July, Regents Street will be closed from 08:00 until 20:00 each Sunday, between Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Street in both directions and southbound between Mortimer Street and Oxford Street. On Sunday 15 July, this closure will start from 07:00. New Burlington Street will be closed between 05:00 and 21:00 each Sunday during this period. This is due to an event.
