Learn how to: Fillet and cure a mackerel | Cook and prepare a seaweed salad | Prepare prawns and squid for deep fried tempura | How to cook sushi rice and roll your own nori maki rolls | Served with miso soup |
All the food is prepared to be served in a Japanese Bento Box to enjoy for a light supper served with miso soup
