Poppy the alpaca
Poppy, our fawn-coloured alpaca who lives in the Animal Walk turned two on 3 August. She’s very special to the Horniman as she is the first and only animal to have been born in the Animal Walk. Poppy is fully mature but will always be a baby in the eyes of her mother Peep, with whom she shares a bedroom. The next time you visit the Horniman, come and say hello to Poppy in the Animal Walk.

Free entry.
