Totally Thames is Open 1-30 Sept 2016


 
Totally Thames kicks off with an amazing season of events promising the world’s biggest celebration of the river....

Take Me To The River: Floating Dreams, The Great River Race, Life Afloat and The Brunel Museum
 
Our amazing large-scale installation Floating Dreams by Ik-Joong Kang is now on the Thames by Millennium Bridge, whilst over at Watermans, you can go through the porthole with Life Afloat exploring houseboat living on the tidal Thames over the last 100 years.

On Saturday don't miss the Great River Racea river marathon that sees every level of competitor battle to become the UK Traditional Boat Champion. There are some great spots along the river where spectators can enjoy the race, including events at Chiswick Pier and a whole host of fun at the Putney Party.

If sports aren't really your thing then we have an exciting and varied programme of theatre, music and opera at the Brunel Museum kicking off with a new play Mooring opening tonight.
