WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE SHOW... From children’s workshops with Rococo to an entire day of educational talks led by the International Chocolate Awards and the Academy of Chocolate; the show will be fun for all the family. The Chocolate Dessert of the Year competition will debut, showcasing the most talented chocolatiers and pastry chefs - all demonstrating their skills. Watch as a prestigious line up of high profile judges including Xanthe Clay, journalist at The Telegraph, Delicious Food editor Rebecca Woollard and master chocolatier Eric Lanlard decide the final winner, live. Learn how to recreate your own chocolate masterpieces and get hands on in the Chocolate Atelier, with demonstrations (and tasters) from top pastry chefs including Paul A Young, Barry Johnson and Harpreet Baura. Plus, bringing together two of the best luxuries in life, chocolate and fashion, models will be strutting their stuff down the runway in the famous Chocolate Fashion Show.
