The redevelopment of the former BBC Television Centre in west London has moved closer after planning permission was granted by the local council.
The revised plans include a new club in the Soho House chain, 950 homes, office accommodation and a hotel.
Stanhope Plc, Mitsui Fudosan and the Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) bought the site in July 2012 for £200m.
Construction is due to start in April next year.
The BBC will return to Television Centre in 2017 to operate refurbished studios one to three through its commercial subsidiary BBC Studios and Post Production.

BBC Worldwide will move into a new home at Television Centre early in the New Year.
The companies said Hammersmith and Fulham Council had granted it a resolution to grant planning permission.
Hideto Yamada, managing director of Mitsui Fudosan UK, said: "This decision marks a significant milestone in the development of Television Centre and the exciting regeneration of White City."
The building, which opened in 1960, saw programmes such as Fawlty Towers, Monty Python's Flying Circus, Blue Peter and Strictly Come Dancing recorded there.
Television Centre was built on the former site of the 1908 Franco-British Exhibition and was designed by the architects Norman and Dawbarn, appearing like a question mark in shape. BBC News
