Clangers, Bagpuss & Co is now openOpen daily until 9 October 11.00-17.45  Come and meet the Bagpuss, admire Noggin the Nog and marvel at the knitted Clanger family this summer. Oliver Postgate's voice and Peter Firmin's puppets shaped the childhood memories of millions since they started collaborating in the 1950s. AROUND LONDON The Foundling Museum Drawing on Childhood Until 1 May Drawing on Childhood brings together illustrations from the eighteenth century to the present day of characters in fiction who are orphaned, adopted, fostered or found. The exhibition features characters such as James Trotter (James and the Giant Peach) who was orphaned as a young boy, Hetty Feather, who lived at the Foundling Hospital, and Rapunzel, whose parents gave her up as a child.
