March at the V&A Museum of Childhood: Clangers, Bagpuss & Co, Spring workshops and quiz night.

Clangers, Bagpuss & Co is now openOpen daily until 9 October

Come and meet the Bagpuss, admire Noggin the Nog and marvel at the knitted Clanger family this summer. Oliver Postgate's voice and Peter Firmin's puppets shaped the childhood memories of millions since they started collaborating in the 1950s. Go behind the scenes and discover what inspired the men behind Smallfilms to create these much-loved cult characters. Be sure not to miss the events and workshops that surround the exhibition too.

The Foundling Museum

Drawing on Childhood
Until 1 May
Drawing on Childhood brings together illustrations from the eighteenth century to the present day of characters in fiction who are orphaned, adopted, fostered or found. The exhibition features characters such as James Trotter (James and the Giant Peach) who was orphaned as a young boy, Hetty Feather, who lived at the Foundling Hospital, and Rapunzel, whose parents gave her up as a child.

Re-Opening this EasterJoin the Museum of Brands over the Easter weekend as it celebrates the launch of its new location and increased exhibition spaces, with a host of entertaining and engaging activities.
